Following the COVID-19 Expert´s updated advice for businesses to arrange for remote working where possible, MonsterHost chose to activate its business continuity plan for workspace related issues with staff working remotely. We will continue to provide all of our services as per normal.
Our systems are designed with availability and resiliency in mind and our infrastructure is designed to operate 24/7 without manual intervention. Nonetheless, certain specific services which require human intervention might be impacted. As you will understand, we will not be able to abide by our usual service levels guaranties which will be suspended until this case of Force Majeure ends.
Please be assured that it is our biggest concern to maintain a high level of service and that we are doing our best to keep the downstream impact of our arrangements as low as possible.
We will remain at your disposal via all the usual channels. We aim to reply to all requests as quickly as possible but we would like to ask for patience if you are experiencing longer than normal response times.
